The Pittsburgh Cultural District, located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, needed a design solution for visitors, its many theater and gallery offerings.
A. Gateway sign: of the main entrance sign. That explains the area of the city. It directs people using a map.
B. Directional sign: to be placed at
strategic junctures.
C. Bus way sign: to help both commuters and visitors.
D. Banner signs: Imagery reflecting theaters, dining, galleries celebrate and decorate the district
