E.L.S.G. is a research-driven financial coaching app. It helps consumers track their finances and strengthen savings habits. Leveraging financial data and users’ lived experiences, E.L.S.G. started as a tool to illuminate spending behaviors and nurture sustainable money management.
The E.L.S.G. app guides users toward lasting financial progress, not instant results. Grounded in research, it champions incremental improvement. The app helps users recognize trends, heighten awareness, and implement steady, practical changes. Users receive notifications as progress or previous patterns emerge. This offers accountability without undue pressure.
E.L.S.G. empowers users to handle obligations such as bill payments, credit repair, and lowering high-interest debt. The app prompts users to curb discretionary spending and avoid impulse purchases or stress-driven decisions, such as retail therapy. As a coaching tool, E.L.S.G. prompts users to review daily expenses and devise focused savings plans.
The app categorizes spending, enabling users to precisely identify where money is directed and highlight challenging expense areas. These insights reveal financial triggers, harmful routines, or obstacles to savings. E.L.S.G. also serves as a self-assessment tool, helping users pinpoint issues to address with informed choices.
To get started, users securely provide account credentials and select their banking institution. The app then leads them through questions about recurring bills, monthly expenses, and financial goals. This onboarding enables E.L.S.G. to tailor its insights and suggestions to each user’s financial patterns.
